You can compare shop as much as you want before making the actual reservation. When you are ready to make a reservation, go to our

How do I get paid?
If you live in the US, we will issue you a check. If you live anywhere else, we can use Paypal to send the payment to you. For verification purpose, we will have to ensure that you are the owner of your email address before we can issue you any payment. You will automatically receive this email verification request when you register.
How much cashback do I have to earn before you payout my balance?
We have one of the lowest minimum, as low as $5 USD before we will issue your check. This means that you could receive your first check after your first or second reservation!
How soon will I get paid?
We normally issue cashback checks or send money to your Paypal account (for international members) every 2 weeks. However, there are some exceptions where your cashback check may be delayed. These exceptions are listed below:

Which part of my purchase is eligible for calculating my cashback?
The amount which you pay for the reversation(s) is eligible for cashback. Any additional coupons, discounts, room tax, or service tax are not part of this amount. For example, if you made a reservation at $70 a night for 2 nights and room and service tax is $10, only the $140 is used to calculate your cashback for this reservation.
Also, you may not earn cashback if you book your hotel by gift certificates or bonus outside this program. In addition, some hotels do not qualify cashback if you use Google Checkout. When in doubt, use the standard payment methods such as using your credit card or debit from your bank account to ensure that your order qualifies for cashback.
Can I use coupons or discounts from other sites and still earn cashback?
No, you may not because our partners may not approve this as a qualified cashback transaction.
Can I earn cashback if I use different payment methods such as gift certificates or instant discounts at our partner stores?
No, most hotels only will see this as a qualifying cashback purchase if you use a direct payment method such as using a credit card. Using gift certificates or other non direct payment method will disqualify you to earn cashback for that transaction. In addition, making a reservation over the phone will disqualify as a valid cashback transaction.
What if there is a hotel I like to make a reservation which is not listed in your site?

Can I earn cashback if I live outside the US or Canada?
Yes, as long as you make your reservations through our website.
How soon can I see my cashback activities after I make the reservation?
Most hotel specialists will report to us after 2 to 3 business days. If you do not see your

Cashback Activities Status:
Pending
– A new cashback activity has been added and is waiting for verification. At this time you can see your
cashback activity
but it is not credited to your account balance.
Approved
– We have verified with the hotel that your reservation is valid and have approved this cashback activity. We have credited your cashback for this reservation to your account. You can always see your current
account balance
.
Declined
– We are unable to verify with the hotel regarding your reservation.
Void
– This cashback activity has been voided. Usually happens if there are corrections or duplicate activities.
Adjustment
– This is a reverse cashback activity. If the hotel reverses our commission for reasons such as cancellations or disputes, we have to deduct the cashback you have earned for the previous transaction.
Is my cashback affected if I have to change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, in most cases the hotel specialist may inadvertently cancel your cashback because they have to change your reservation.
To ensure you earn cashback, first cancel the original reservation at that hotel specialist and make your changes using a new reservation with the hotel through our
hotels
page.
If you cancel your reservation, they will notify us and we will have to reverse the cashback on your account.
Is there a limit on how much cashback I can earn?
No, there is no limit on how much cashback you can earn.
Is there a limit on how much I can receive annually?
Yes. If we pay you more than $600 USD per year, we are required to report this income to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Federal law and IRS require us to collect form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification. You can download the form W-9 at

Actually, we do not need payment information from you. Once you click to the hotel from our

page, it is the hotel which collects this payment information from you to complete your reservation.
