Any additional coupons, discounts, room tax, or service tax are not part of this amount. In addition, making a reservation over the phone will disqualify as a valid cashback transaction.     You may request us to add the hotel to our site.     Yes, as long as you make your reservations through our website.     Most hotel specialists will report to us after 2 to 3 business days. If you do not see your cash back activities after 5 days, please contact us and we will contact the hotel specialist on your behalf. Cashback Activities Status:

Pending – A new cashback activity has been added and is waiting for verification. At this time you can see your cashback activity but it is not credited to your account balance.

Approved – We have verified with the hotel that your reservation is valid and have approved this cashback activity. We have credited your cashback for this reservation to your account. You can always see your current account balance.

Declined – We are unable to verify with the hotel regarding your reservation.

Void – This cashback activity has been voided. Usually happens if there are corrections or duplicate activities.

Adjustment – This is a reverse cashback activity. If the hotel reverses our commission for reasons such as cancellations or disputes, we have to deduct the cashback you have earned for the previous transaction.
    Yes, in most cases the hotel specialist may inadvertently cancel your cashback because they have to change your reservation. To ensure you earn cashback, first cancel the original reservation at that hotel specialist and make your changes using a new reservation with the hotel through our hotels page. If you cancel your reservation, they will notify us and we will have to reverse the cashback on your account.     No, there is no limit on how much cashback you can earn.     Yes. If we pay you more than $600 USD per year, we are required to report this income to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Federal law and IRS require us to collect form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification. You can download the form W-9 at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf. Sign it and fax it back to us.
